THE LORD'S DAY

JUNE 29, 2008

As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

What shall we say then?  Is there unrighteousness with God?  God forbid.

For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.

Romans 9:13-15

In the Lord’s goodness, another congregation was added to the PRCA recently. In a worship service held on June 18, Providence Protestant Reformed Church was organized under the oversight of Faith PRC. Three elders and two deacons were chosen. They will continue to worship at Heritage School until the Lord leads them to a building of their own. We thank God for yet another manifestation of His church and may God grant Providence PRC the grace to be faithful to His Word.
